Specialist SAT's booster and intervention Teachers needed across Blackpool to help narrow the gap
Several schools are in need of high quality specialist booster session teachers to help develop students by running weekly sessions in preparation for their SAT's.
Your new School
Hays are looking to recruit SAT's booster and intervention teachers to run sessions in primary schools within the Blackpool area, every school we work with have the resources to support and develop their teaching staff and allow them to be innovative with their work.
Your new role
Hays are the leading recruitment market agency working with many primary schools in the Blackpool community which has resulted in a growing network of being the first port of call for the provision of both short and long term teachers. With these relationships in place we are looking to work closely with you in order to place you into the desired teaching opportunities in both day to day and long term supply. The school will require you to work to a high standard, and deliver success for those students.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to apply for this role you will need to have a qualified teacher's status and be able to provide at least two relevant references from the last two years. Due to the nature of the position, experience and evidence of a specialism across Literacy or Numeracy is desirable as is experience in developing children in the build up to SAT's. An ability to plan observatory lessons accordingly that are in line with the curriculum, whilst maintaining strong behaviour management skills in order to enhance a child's learning will help you excel in your new role.
