English Teacher Teaching KS3&4 pupils with physical disabilities or complex medical needs.

Your new company
You will be working within a school in Northamptonshire where you will be working with children & young people with physical disabilities or complex medical needs. The school is set within beautiful country grounds and has onsite respite accommodation for the elder pupils during the week. The school has the most updated medical equipment and learning facilities for its pupils, ensuring that all aspects of their welfare and safety is provided for.
You will be required to work from the national curriculum doing all planning and preparation for the lessons. You will be supported by all the staff and have Teaching Assistants working in the classroom.

Your new role
Teaching KS3 & 4 English to small groups of pupils with physical disabilities or complex medical needs.
You will be expected to be very committed to this role, you will need to do planning and marking for lessons, you will need to ensure that the lessons are bespoke for the abilities of each child.
This role is temporary long term sickness cover. You need to be very dedicated and passionate about working in SEN sector and you do need to be prepared to give this your all. The children will come to rely on you and you will be a big part of their lives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience working in a similar environment, you need to be a qualified teacher, and you must have a passion to work in the SEN sector. You must have experience teaching secondary aged children and be comfortable working at that level.
