We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to join the International Consumer Recruiting Team to drive worldwide recruiting strategy for InTech. This organization is leading Amazon Consumer’s “doubling down” in international technology investment. This is a chance to both define a greenfield opportunity and execute your plan.
In this role, you will leverage deep industry knowledge and expertise to provide consultative recommendations and influence to your client teams. You’ll partner closely with both Business and HR Leaders to tailor staffing models to compliment and help drive long term objectives/goals.
This visible leader will own driving the worldwide hiring strategy for the International Consumer Technical (InTech) recruiting organization.
Create a sustainable model to meet yearly technical hiring business demand and align with recruiting delivery across 13+ locations.
Influence international recruiting teams to adopt best practices and tailor global initiatives to local markets.
Analyze current gaps/roadblocks in the global InTech organization and implement changes where required.
Define relevant metrics and design meaningful globally recruitment progress reports.
Dive deep into data and metrics to analyze, report out, and make decisions on how to optimize recruiting strategy to deliver results.
Invest in the on-going skill development of the recruiting team, including seeking out emerging technologies and implementing best practices
Establish a global forum where in country Tech Recruiters can share best practices
Drive harmonization initiatives for inTech recruiting across 13+ locations globally
Review existing processes, identify and implement best practices across multiple teams
Drive new strategies for attracting top tech talent and ensuring the employee base reflects Amazon’s diverse customer base
Identify, establish and drive consistent review of relevant recruiting metrics and enable the team to make data driven decisions
Work closely with the business leads to ensure proper forecasting of the staffing needs across all 13 locations
10+ years of recruiting experience
3+ years leading or managing a team
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
University degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
Experience building and coaching a multisite recruiting team
Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and reporting options.
Experience building and executing an “at scale” recruiting strategy
