Location: commutable from Lyndhurst / Hythe / Totton / Romsey
Job Title: Internal Sales, Full time & part time available
Experience required: B2B Telesales experience
Basic salary: £20,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience OTE £35,000
Un-capped Commission+ benefits (part time pro-rate)

Our client is a well established Technology company. They are now seeking to expand and have an exciting opportunity for experienced Telesales professionals the team.

The company provides market leading communication solutions and lead generation to SME's and large national customers throughout the UK. Our client has more than doubled in size over the last 4 years and continue to see the further growth opportunities in their core markets as well further vertical opportunities as new services continue to be developed.

The Role

The telesales role involves contacting new and established businesses to promote the companies fantastic range of products to either complete orders over the phone or book an appointment for our sales team. In addition, we are looking for Telesales Executive to support our inbound sale opportunities as well has developing referrals, channel partners and former customers.

As an experienced telesales person, you will need to be comfortable selling multi solutions/concepts to one customer and develop an on-going relationship with the client. Either selling products and services direct to the client or developing referrals opportunities to our field sales team, all of which forms part of your commission pack.

Our client has a fantastic range of services you can sell:

Hosted Telephony (VoIP), Fixed landlines and broadband, virtual numbers 01/02 and non-geographic numbers, mobile SIMs, live call handling (reception services), website development and build, search engine optimisation, google pay per click, print advertising campaigns, business branding, business stationary, sales literature and much more….

Candidate requirements

*Experience inbound and outbound telesales
*Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
*Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets
*A team player
*Quick to learn and the ability to always be developing your own sales skills
*Excel in written and verbal communication
*Computer literacy is essential with a working knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint

Previous sales experience within telecommunications or advertising would be an advantage but not essential. Fully product knowledge and internal training will be included
